About Us & How Booking Works

• What we sell: installation services. Each booking covers the film material and its professional installation on your vehicle.
• Services: paint protection film (full body or selected panels) and window film (selected glass positions and shades).
• Pricing: fixed, published prices in PKR based on your vehicle’s size class (compact, sedan, SUV, large SUV, luxury) and the coverage you choose. There are no hidden charges.
• Where we operate: all work is done at our studio, RG2-1F-S-3 Roman Grove 2, DHA-1 Islamabad. We do not ship goods.
• How we earn: customers pay the service price. A booking deposit is paid online to confirm the appointment; the remaining balance is paid at the studio after installation.

1. Choose your vehicle. Select your car's make and model. This sets the size class used for pricing.
2. Choose your protection. Pick PPF coverage and/or window film shades for each glass position. The total price updates instantly.
3. Enter your details. Provide your name, mobile number, email and preferred appointment date and time.
4. Pay the booking deposit online. You are redirected to our payment partner's secure checkout to pay the deposit (see below).
5. Get your confirmation. After a successful payment you return to our website and see your booking number. Our team also contacts you to reconfirm.
6. Bring your vehicle to the studio. We inspect the vehicle and install the film on your booked date.
7. Collect and pay the balance. We hand over the vehicle, explain aftercare and warranty, and you pay the remaining balance at the studio.

We use Rapid Gateway, a payment service provider in Pakistan, to collect the online booking deposit. It is used only during step 4 of the journey above:

• When you select “Online Payment” and click the “Pay deposit” button on the payment step, our server creates a payment request for the exact deposit amount in PKR, linked to your booking number.
• You are redirected to Rapid Gateway’s secure hosted checkout, where you pay by debit/credit card, Easypaisa or JazzCash. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
• After payment, Rapid Gateway returns you to our website. A successful payment confirms your booking; a failed or cancelled payment leaves the booking unpaid and you can try again.
• The gateway is also the channel through which approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, under our Refund Policy.
• The gateway is not used for subscriptions, recurring charges or any payment other than your booking deposit and related refunds.
