• Booking details: your vehicle make, model and year, city, chosen services and appointment details.
• Payment records: booking amounts, payment status and the transaction reference returned by our payment partner.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to keep the site secure and working.

Online payments are processed by Rapid Gateway, a licensed payment service provider in Pakistan. Your card number, CVV, Easypaisa or JazzCash credentials are entered on Rapid Gateway's secure checkout and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

• To confirm, schedule and manage your booking.
• To send booking confirmations and appointment reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To process deposits, balance payments and refunds.
• To provide warranty support for completed installations.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We only share your information when needed to provide our service:

• With our payment partner Rapid Gateway and the relevant banks or wallet providers, to process payments and refunds.
• With service providers that host our website, database and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations.
• With government or law enforcement authorities when the law requires it.

All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to booking records is limited to authorised Nanotek staff. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, honour warranties and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements in Pakistan. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.
